Worst app I've ever used, and its not even close... The water heater itself is alright, but the app makes me wish I would've gone with another brand. There is a "temporary service outage" at least 9/10 times I try and use the app. I've probably been able to change the temperature maybe twice out of the 20-30x I've tried from the app. Gollum without the ring is more functional than this app.

Terrible. If you want to encourage ppl to actually connect with their appliances, this ain't the way. Interface for entering password has the keyboard pop up OVER the password entry field, so no visual feedback. No idea what actual password is. Then, after crossing that hurdle, there’s a 'service outage on our end'. Thanks. 4/22 Able to set up; still can't past login. When will this app stop sucking!!

ap doesn't explain to download the serial number QR Code, then also download the second QR Code under the panel. It took me about half an hour to just stumble on to that fact. Otherwise kept telling me my serial number was not registered. When I finally got to the wifi connection page, it whited out and froze. I've gone through the process several times now with the same outcome. The last time I tried it, I got a message saying they were experiencing technical difficulties. The ap sucks!
