The app works well most of the time. The only two issues that I have had with this app is that it periodically logs you out. I then have to remember my password and log back in. It would be nice if the authors of this app would allow biometrics. The second issue is that in addition to logging me out, the app completely forgets what hot water heater it is controlling. Luckily, I have a picture of the serial number on the tank on my phone, so I use that to re-enter the serial number.

Maybe I'm just lucky, but I haven't had any of the connectivity problems everyone is complaining about. I did have to enter the code under the plate manually, but other than that setup was painless. The app itself works, but I wouldn't call it feature rich. Areas for improvement: - better scheduling. set a range of times that I want hot water filled up (eg. 7a-9a; 4p-11p), rather than single time slots of unknown duration - better control over energy display. the graph is close to useless

Horrible App. Never Worked. I have tried multiple times to connect our water heater. I created an account and added the serial number, but it just tells me that it has already been added to my dashboard and then prompts me to add my device, but I have no dashboard or devices. GRRR!!!! I even tried to request support, but received no response.
