This only gets a second star, because when working, it's a great remote app. However, like many of the users, who have not gotten a reply from the company, I find having to re enter my S/N's for 4 $10k+ water heaters to be unacceptable. 2 are due for replacement, and I may convince the owners to go with more reliable, and better supported heaters...

The app is very unreliable. For example, it logs you out and logging back in is hit or miss. Usually you have to attempt to log in three times before it actually works. Sometimes the app forgets your water heater altogether and you have to reenter the serial number (hint: take a picture of the S/N on your water heater). When changing modes, just like logging in, you have to attempt this three times before you are successful. Overall, very disappointed with the app.

Trying to just sign in to the App for the first time, keep getting an error message, contact customer service. I have talked to a person twice, keep being told they'll keep updated on the progress of my issue. 64 hours and still can't login. No updates. So sad this is how this company treats customers. Lucky for me I have the resources to just return this entire water heater and buy another brand. If they can't manage an option that they sell, then what about the heater. Subpar.
