About this app

The Paddy Procurement System is an application developed to ensure transparency and efficiency throughout the end-to-end paddy procurement process. It supports multiple users with different roles and responsibilities involved in the procurement workflow. The system manages data from the initial scheduling of paddy procurement for farmers through to the final confirmation of Fund Transfer Orders (FTOs). It also maintains detailed information about trucks, rice mills, and godowns used for the transportation, processing, and storage of procured paddy. Through this application, users can schedule procurement activities, record and update paddy quality assessment details, track transportation movements, manage storage and mill-related information, and generate FTOs upon successful completion of all required procurement stages. By digitizing and streamlining these processes, the Paddy Procurement System enhances operational efficiency, improves data accuracy, and promotes accountability and transparency across the entire procurement lifecycle.
