My game stuck at 9% I am trying to load it and it's saying again and again reload it I tried all things to load it I deleted data too but no use please help me

I have no complains in graphics, it's cute!👌🏼👌🏼 the roles are easy to understand... I'm a newbie; the controls, buttons of skills, I meant the layout is kinda off. I don't know how to explain hehe. The community is friendly but in-game, they are scary😆 there is no forced and pop up ads, it's a good thing! if you want, you can also watch an ad for and additional rewards!
