About this app

Apartim is a mobile application that simplifies apartment and site management. Managers and residents work together within the same application, using tools appropriate to their roles.

FOR MANAGERS
• Publishing announcements (general or meeting)
• Tracking dues/debts and payments
• Managing malfunctions and suggestions/complaints
• Creating surveys and viewing results
• Keeping a minutes book
• Income and expense information
• Resident list, search, and role management
• Block-based authority in multi-block sites
• Assigning a backup manager
• Unlocking device locks (phone change, etc.)

• Reading announcements
• Reporting malfunctions
• Submitting suggestions and complaints

• Viewing dues/debt status
• Tracking minutes book and income-expense information

HOW IT WORKS? The first manager registers and creates a unique apartment or site code. Residents join using this code. Announcements, debts, malfunctions, and other transactions are sent as notifications to the relevant individuals. Each apartment/site is distinguished by its own code; Data will not be mixed.

What’s new
