Sense less, why this app require access to photos media files and call information? It's always shows invalid US number

waste Not useful. Could not add connection inspite of correct perticulars.

1. get rid of the display ads. even if govt. of AP needs ad revenue. 2. i couldn't figure out what 'service number' is. my power bill has service number in 2 parts. part 1 is alpha-num part 2 is fully numeric. i tried each one separately and both together. nothing worked. it looks like most other users had the same problem. perhaps an illustration with a real power bill will help. haven't been able to use further because of #2 above. i give up now, but will try again if i receive an update. it has the potential to be a useful app.
