Crappie interface registering (must be this programmer's very first app he ever wrote, and even by that standard it's pathetic). App won't run if you don't grant permission to access and change literally everything on your phone. Why would they need access to my photo album or my media or my phone log to book a ride? Don't download this garbage, just call and be done with it.

Use less app. Crashes after every usage. Pathetic company. Had booked my cab 24 hrs in advance and there was no update on the status of my booking. When I spoke to the customer care (female) who was very very rude (should be fired) there was no one assigned to my route and it was already 30 mins past my booking time. Almost missed my flight. Used Uber instead. Rating if I could give would be 0 starz.

First cab driver cancelled. Waited for a second one. Good driving experience and got there quick. Pricing estimate was way off though. I got charged double the app quote and the driver preferred payment by cash instead of having to activate the card machine.
