Few months back I was in a dilemma and needed a taxi. Installed the app. Within a few mins it showed my taxi was enroute. An hour later I called and the dispatcher said to me "because it was a week night she didn't have a driver available and didnt know how soon she would! I installed Uber and was at my destination within 30 mins! My prob is..why did the app keep showing taxi was enroute to me. Even after I called dispatch?! Dispatcher was nice tho! 😀
