Daily Check Static helps field teams summarize daily inspections of heavy equipment units, from on-site recording to ready-to-send reports.
WHAT IT CAN DO
- Monitor aging daily checks: units that haven't been updated in a while are immediately flagged, so nothing gets missed.
- Record hour meter, sector, area, and unit status per unit number.
- Record damage findings and unit condition notes.
- Enter ConMon (condition monitoring) data per unit.
- Summarize results and send them via WhatsApp in a ready-to-use report.
- Save the GPS location when the report is created, as proof that the inspection was conducted at the unit's location.
- Automatic synchronization to a shared spreadsheet, complete with update history.
CONTINUE EVEN IF SIGNAL IS LOST
Data is stored on the device first, then automatically sends itself once a connection is available. Inspections don't need to wait for a signal.

This application is an internal work tool. Only registered personnel can log in, through internal company registration using a NRP.
