It's very useful app for everyone excluded easy and simple steps for every work which is normal people searching. 24*7 working app. Electric bill pay any time and pay for others just add in service upto 20 bill, which is very useful for citizen. You can check billing history, units used in past, you can make compliant online and resolve earlier. It's user friendly and interface is awesome 👍.

The app never lets me login, some very intelligent developer created the submit button which doesn't let you click (login as well as Quick Pay) and just ignores the clicks. Please fix the app, it's frustrating to use the all and 3rd party payments are not supported, which is cherry on the top.

Back button doesn't mean I want to exit the app, it means that i want to go to the previous menu. Android is not iOS, make a proper app or open up bill payments to UPI services. Your incompetence is appalling as you keep eating people's money.
