The developers of the app have one job to do, and they managed to make it worse. They need to update the mobile numbers in the app's database and send SMS messages, but they are sending payment reminders for service numbers that are not mine, and my service number, which is in my name, to someone else. so they have voilated my privacy in this case

Good but there is room for improvement. 1. Under customer care complaints section the existing complaints are not shown. good if they prelist instead of waiting for consumer to enter the whole 10 digit number. 2. Help section should have been organised in a much better way. It is cluttered. I guess except tech savvy people no others would underatand the help section.

Sir, Eastern power app is not properly updated. as customers can pay month wise payment. facility has not been provided at the place of the payment window. it will help the customer to pay prev the bill. presently if any reason customer not paid existing month bill, automatically two months bill can be generated. there is no way to pay the previous bills. if customer can pay the bill off line, the said paid amount not reflecting on the existing month Bill.
