Apex is one app for your people and your machines.

Workforce and Production used to be two separate apps. They are now one — same login, same organization, and every machine and every record already in place. Nothing to move across, nothing to set up again.

Take hajari in seconds, record upad, let salary calculate itself, and capture every machine's production — scanned straight off the panel and synced live to everyone on the floor. Built for embroidery factories and workshops, and laid out the way a busy floor actually works: big numbers, big taps, no clutter. In English, हिन्दी and ગુજરાતી.

TWO HALVES OF THE FLOOR, ONE APP
A switch at the top of the screen moves between Production — what each machine made, shift by shift — and Workforce — who worked, what they were paid and what they are owed. Same login, same organization, same live data.

WORKFORCE
• Hajari in seconds — absent, ½ day, 1, 1.5 or 2 days per person, taken daily or as a whole month on one grid
• Filter by role, group by department, save the lot in one go
• Upad with a receipt — record a cash or online advance and share a clean receipt to WhatsApp; every upad is deducted at salary time
• Salary that calculates itself — monthly pay comes out of hajari with upad deducted, and machine-bound rates, production bonus slabs and no-leave bonuses applied for you
• Save a month's payroll and share per-person salary slips
• Staff directory with photos, departments and joining dates; a worker who leaves keeps their history

PRODUCTION
• Log every machine's output by day and night shift, with the karigar credited on each
• Recording production marks that karigar present — a shared machine counts as half a day each
• AI panel scan: photograph the machine's own screen and Apex reads stitches, run time, frames and design number off it and fills the entry in for you. The photo is read on the phone itself
• Attach photo and voice notes to any entry
• Rank machines against each other, break a month down by karigar and shift, compare a day against the day before
• Print a report or send the whole table to WhatsApp

WORKS IN THE DEAD ZONES
Entries captured with no signal are written to the phone and sync themselves the moment there is a connection. Nothing typed on the floor is lost to a bad corner of the shed.

DEPARTMENTS AND OPERATOR LOGINS
Split the floor into named departments and give a supervisor or operator a login that reaches only theirs. Owners see everything; operators see their own patch.

YOUR DATA, ISOLATED
Every organization's records are separated in the database itself, so one organization can never read another's. Logins are by phone number and are created by your organization's owner.

FOR KARIGARS: APEX STAFF
Workers get Apex Staff, a much smaller free app — sign in with a phone number and a 4-digit PIN and send in the panel photo at the end of a shift. The upload lands in Apex for a supervisor to review.

Organizations register on the web at apex.16pixel.design and get a 30-day free trial. There is no sign-up inside the app — your organization's owner creates the logins, and you sign in with your phone number.
