About app relevant features,
- Passenger will be able to see the rides history, within pickup/dropoff addresses, chauffeur's name, and cost.
- Choosing a dropoff location is possible through the address search bar.
- Passenger can choose the vehicle class that fits the occasion: Sedan Lux, Apex Premium, Apex Corporate or Luxury SUV XL.
- Once user submits the ride request, it will look for the closest chauffeur.
- Chauffeur can accept or reject a ride request.
- Once the ride is confirmed, a notification is sent to the passenger showing some information such as vehicle details, ride estimated cost, distance, and time.
- Also, real time location and route on map will be visible by both users, chauffeur and passenger, while the vehicle is approaching to the pickup location.
- Chauffeur will notify passenger when he/she has arrived to the pickup location.
- Rides can also be reserved in advance, for airport transfers, corporate pickups and events.
- When ride has finished, passenger will be able to make the payment by using the default method previously chosen, such as credit card or debit card.
- Rating is available from passenger and chauffeur, and in case it is less than 3 stars, there is an option to submit a reason about it.
