About this app

Apex Secure Tech is the companion app for Apex Sentinel vape detectors, built for schools, boarding houses, hotels and accommodation providers.

When a detector picks up vaping, your authorised staff get an instant push alert showing which room or area it came from, so you can respond while it matters.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Receive real-time vape alerts on your phone
• Get tamper alerts if a detector is covered or moved
• Get notified if a detector is unplugged and running on battery
• View live air readings for each detector: PM2.5, TVOC, temperature and humidity
• Name and group detectors by building, floor or room
• Review alert history to spot patterns and problem areas
• Set up new detectors in minutes over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi
• Share access with other staff members

PRIVACY FIRST
Apex Sentinel detectors do not record, store or transmit audio, and they do not identify individuals. They detect events by location, not by person. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

REQUIREMENTS
This app requires Apex Sentinel hardware and an active Apex Secure Tech monitoring account. Detectors connect over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
