Ratings and reviews

Crooks, they maintain a seperate billing platform, not just the one in the app. Your account can show zero balance in the app but they will have a balance in their web backend. My account was supposed to be credited due to the system not operating for months, showed zero balance in app but they maintained the invoices. The one time my alarm was triggered they didn't even contact me. So they likely aren't even monitoring. It's impossible to contact anyone and get any real support.

zero customer service. no one picks up the call, if they do they do not come in at the time for scheduled service call. Alarm goes off and no one calls to make sure if it is a false alarm or actual emergency. horrible service and waste of money!

Simple setup and stable performance. Once connected, it has stayed synced with my alarm without any issues.
