Absolutely terrible since api took over from Bell over 6 months ago & we haven't been able to view or download any video imaging. There was a vehicle theft next door. A detective asked if he could view my surveillance system. He said he's never seen such a convoluted system. I'm obtaining quotes from otherproviders. If I cud rate them a 0 star I would!

Crooks, they maintain a seperate billing platform, not just the one in the app. Your account can show zero balance in the app but they will have a balance in their web backend. My account was supposed to be credited due to the system not operating for months, showed zero balance in app but they maintained the invoices. The one time my alarm was triggered they didn't even contact me. So they likely aren't even monitoring. It's impossible to contact anyone and get any real support.

Payment History is Incorrect on the app and although I pay a little more ecah month. Those payments have disappeared into the Abyss. Speaking to customer service has been a huge pain. I am annoyed that Bell sold to this company.
