Whether your customer has booked a gift voucher or an event, GuestFlow lets you welcome them and validate their booking from your phone — without using a computer, from any console: Secretbox, Unique Experience, etc.

WHAT YOU CAN DO | Secure login with your MyAccess credentials | Scan the QR code or manually enter the reference number | Full details: status, purchaser, recipient, total amount including tax, validity, message | Validation/redemption in a single tap | Partial vouchers: partial amount redeemed, balance updated in real time | Send the voucher by email to the recipient | Multi-Console: Gift Vouchers tab (Secretbox) and Tickets tab (Unique Experience)
