It should NOT take more than 10 seconds to load seemingly essential things like spending summaries. this app is so slow something that should take less than 5 minutes ends up being more than 10 IF and thats IF it loads. Sometimes im trying to check things like checks to ensure someone isnt stealing from me it just DOESN'T LOAD and I have to hope and pray it's actually my signature. the best thing this app has is allowing biometrics.

keeps logging me out, even logged a teller out when she was trying to help.reset my password, which I had just done. Due to all this and not being able to log in, an autopay went thru 2x , and the refused to deduct fee and interest charged . This kind of stuff has been going on for a while. I was a very dedicated and long time Severn Savings Bank customer . Not the best rates around, but customer service and loyalty to their customers made the difference. So fed up with Shore United.!!!

STOP FIXING THINGS. Seriously. You guys keep making up problems with your app just so you can fix them, and the fixed app is always worse than it was before. You didn't need to completely build a new app (much less without alerting anyone beforehand). Just stop. Also, if you're going to shut down accounts because you have way too many security questions for us to remember, at least maintain a 24-hr support line for us to call. I can't really afford to wait until you reopen to check my balance.
