The convenience is great I do struggle with the picture taking part of the app when I'm depositing checks. I'm not sure if it is an app issue or a phone issue. The new revised changes from the last update has made it a little worse. I'm sure they will be working on this in the future. All in all, this is a great feature that helps streamline my business.

App won't open, has delays, force closes, freezes, won't respond. This app has gotten worse over the past 3 months and is making on the go banking with Peoples Bank a hassle and not worth it. Especially with the increase in the monthly banking fees, not having an up to date and responsive app makes having this app/bank a hassle and to much of an "I hope it works this time!"

The update to this app is not working like the old app. The new app crashes or very slow in its' response to open. The biometric is not capturing the fingerprint on the 1st try. There is pause to opening the app at first which makes you wait to see if it will respond. I had uninstall and reinstall 3 times and still having the same issues. Today, the app will not load.
