Not a great app. It almost always crashes. I have had to uninstall and reinstall on multiple occasions just to see my updated balances. If it's not crashed it takes multiple days before I can see any information for my account. Quite frankly your PC information also needs fixed. It's just as bad at updating balances or even allowing me to check my account. If I ever leave your bank, it will be because of these issues. Your people that work at my branches are not the problem. Your tech is!

Mobile deposit leaves a lot to be desired even after multiple app updates. The image capture function doesn't work at all on my husband's phone and on mine regularly takes repeated attempts and many minutes to obtain the necessary images. Everything else works fine, but as the mobile deposit feature is the primary use for our household, it makes the app as a whole pretty worthless.

The interface is tidy and there is a lot of functionality with this new app that the old one didn't have. However, there are still some bugs - the main ones I've encountered are 1) the app often hangs upon opening, necessitating a force close and restart and 2) the app will randomly white out and stop working in the middle of use, simply reopening the app usually fixes it. The biometrics login also seems to take a long time to pop up when opening the app, if it pops up at all
