I've been trying for over 2 months now to use this app and I'm stuck in a cycle of having problems, reporting them, then having my problems ignored and having no response. I will be changing banks because of this. There's no reason it should be this difficult to use your app. I wouldn't even say difficult, I'm starting to belive it's downright impossible now.

This service is a joke they don't have continued active banking so you will be randomly smacked for charges up to 4 days after you use the card. DO NOT USE THIS BANK! You are not able to lock your card in the event you lose your card. And service is like talking to a wall. They will send you on a wild goose chase! Closing my account as soon as I know my direct deposit goes through with my new bank. Remember local always doesn't mean better. In this case it's absolutely the worst bank hands down.

I like the app, I just wish the option for mobile deposit would work and it needs the option to read your messages from the bank.
