I love the clean & easy-to-use interface but there's a few things that need to be fixed. The device manager on my phone reports this app as "crashing" all the time in the background. I've had to turn off background activity, clear cache but that doesn't fix it. Also,I know all banking apps say SCREENSHOTS are a security issue, but it's a necessity to someone like me who deposits, transfers and sends money all the time between Venmo & PayPal and ACU, and I'd like to keep proof via screenshot.

The app has always worked until the last few weeks. I try to use fingerprint or facial scanning and it says confirmed and then doesn't log me in so then I go type in my password and it's correct and acknowledges that it's correct but still doesn't log me in. I have to open and close the app and try about 20 times, and then finally,at some point it let's me in. It's very inconvenient to have to spend 15 minutes just trying to login to check my balance. I'm not the only one with this issue, either
