I used to have no issue with the app until the last time I had to update my password. Now it won't allow me to use biometrics to login. Also at least once a week of not more I cannot do anything off the app. It won't let me login or even pull up the login screen.

Don't get me wrong I like the national Bank , but I've been having problems with the app having to call at least every week saying okay I need to reset my password I don't like the fact that I have to have $250 in my account by the month if not then they take out $4. Went to the bank of Greene county where there's no fees and there's benefits to it
