Ratings and reviews

This app used to be the best thing, then it changed. It actually was better. It gave more info and told you what your spending habits are. Then, for the last week, it's went crazy! For 1 of my accounts, it shows it 3 times but with different amounts. When I tried to use it again it said "Fix Sync". Tried that several times and tried to reconnect, nothing. I spoke with the bank and they told me to try to Uninstall, then reinstall the app. Let's see if it works...

I'm not sure if it's just because I haven't checked them in a while but the app keeps crashing when I try to check the messages and attempt to delete two messages consecutively. Other than that it's a great app that lets me access all of my accounts in one place, even my accounts through different banks.

Their app always has issues. It doesn't stay updated all the time and force closes. I even end up over drafted because something went through that the app did not update and show. I ended up over drafted for months trying to catch up. I have tried getting them to work with it and they are ruthless. They don't care their app is causing issues like this or to work with people it causes issues for. I would give the bank a one star if I could. The app is better than the service from the bank.
