Very bad experience with the Asian Paints Master Strokes app. I have tokens in my account but I am unable to redeem them due to error, even after trying for several days. No proper explanation, no support, and no transparency about limits. Disappointed with the app.

I am facing an issue with redeeming tokens in the Masterstrokes app. Even after successfully scanning the tokens, they are not getting credited properly or are not redeemable. This is very frustrating as the effort of scanning is going to waste. Please fix the redemption issue as soon as possible and improve the app performance. Also ensure proper tracking of scanned tokens and provide clear updates to users.

😡👎👎😡 All my points were wasted because of Master Stroke. I didn't even get a DBT for my points, not is it redeemable. I used to use Asian Paints the most, but I won't use it anymore. I'll use other paints, but not Asian Paints. Only those who want to spend money should use Master Stroke, otherwise no one should use it. The call never gets connected, I hate master stroke Asianpoints
