It was a very bad experience with the masterstroke by asian paints I had some issues with the redeem of painter tokens and I tried to contact them about my issues but no one is responding from their side..once they gave me the toll free number but while you calling they shows that your number is not registered... disgusting....

Very bad experience with the Asian Paints Master Strokes app. I have tokens in my account but I am unable to redeem them due to error, even after trying for several days. No proper explanation, no support, and no transparency about limits. Disappointed with the app.

Worse apps ever. There are many Companies like Berger,Birla,British,Asian Paints etc. among all of the above and un mentioned, Asian paints (Master Strokes) has the Worse,poor customer care ,. Thought the product may be same level to other Companies. But; customer care are very2 bad in this company and its Applicatio. Let me mention one fact about this apps., Due to financial year of 2026 redemption is temporarily not able.. today is 3rd July ,. temporary is too long 😅 compare to other company.
