This app (Master Stork) is misleading and involved in fraud with painters. The app shows a “Painter Token” system and allows token scanning, but there is no option to redeem the token or receive payment after scanning. Painters are being misled into believing they will get money/rewards through tokens, but after scanning, nothing happens. There is no clear redemption process, no payout option, and no customer support resolution. More than 99% of users have reported the same issue in Play Store r

My Masterstrokes account has been blocked, and despite multiple follow-ups with support and the CIR representative, I have received no proper help or clear explanation. I am only told that the account may or may not be opened, which is very unprofessional. Support is not resolving the issue or providing a clear status. Highly disappointing experience.

totally fraud app. tokens are scanned but not redeemed, daily transaction limit exceeded appears on the screen, whenever I want redeem tokens
