You can also easily and conveniently redeem prescriptions using our app. This also applies to e-prescriptions issued via your health insurance card. All other prescriptions can simply be photographed.

Select the medication or product of your choice, order it, and conveniently pick it up at the pharmacy without waiting.

Do you regularly need medication? Save time and easily reorder it using the "Reorder" function.

Viewing and Redeeming e-Prescriptions
To redeem an e-prescription, simply use your health insurance card as a reader. Just hold your health insurance card against your phone to see which prescriptions are stored on the card. You can then order them directly from one of our pharmacies – and have them conveniently delivered or pick them up yourself.

Redeeming Paper Prescriptions
Are you privately insured or have you received a paper prescription from your doctor? You can easily redeem these prescriptions with us as well. Simply take a photo of the prescription and add it to your order. We'll take care of the rest.
