Ratings and reviews

This app is worst, they intend on wasting people's money and efforts. I've ordered photon sunscreen 3 times, even though it is not available with them they display on the app, they show random status and after a few days they cancel the order. This happens every single time, I even checked with the support team if they'll actually deliver the order they confirmed it is packed and will be delivered, just a day before expected delivery date it is cancelled. waste of money, time stupid app

The most disappointing aspect was the customer service experience, including the chat support team. I made a purchase worth 5K based on a promotional offer of a free powder, which was never delivered. When I raised the issue, I was told that free items are subject to stock availability. The response was unprofessional and conveyed complete disregard for customer commitments, leaving me feeling misled and undervalued.

I've taken health insurance through this app. In my insurance policies page, there is an option to request a call back. I did several times for a correction, but I never used to get a call back. If there is no prompt response after issuing the insurance, it is not recommended to prefer insurance via this app. Even I raise a concern via mail, it takes months together, but not resolving the issue. They are not working aggressively on these support mails. Overall I'm not satisfied.
