I had one of the worst experiences with the this app. My medicine delivery has been postponed more than 5 times, and I have been waiting for the past 15 days despite already making the payment. Nobody even contacted me regarding the delay, yet the app keeps showing “delivery attempted,” which is completely false. On top of that, they are not even cancelling the order or providing any proper support. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

This app is extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. I wish there was an option to give negative ratings. I ordered medication for my mother, got a call from customer service, provided all the details they asked for—and still, the order was cancelled due to their own operational mess. I tried again, thinking maybe it was a one-off issue, but no—the delivery date showed some ridiculous backdated timeline and was never corrected. I had no option but to cancel again.

if you have a straight forward flow, you may checkout smoothly, but but but if you need some support, they never show up, they confirm the order by themselves without even asking for any confirmation, after that you have no way to edit the order, the only thing you have is a cancel option, which is useless, even if you cancel the order they will still send you the medicine... it's a humble request, you guys please sell offline medicines, you have a good reputation don't make it hell.
