This App doesn't not save details. Delete options for wrong Profiles not available. Tracking updates are not accurate. Even after cancelling the order as wrong medicines are sent ( viz capsules instead of tablets) it continues to give wrong tracking details. There is provision for instructions but they are not being followed. Chat option is not upto the mark. App shows quick delivery but mostly it takes more than 10 to 12 hours. Pharmacies close to the delivery Addresses would be ideal.

I have already shared my order details by email exactly as requested in your previous response, but it appears that nobody has even checked it. My prepaid order was placed on 21/7 and is still undelivered. I have been following up since 28/7 through multiple calls and emails. I no longer need this order. Please cancel it immediately and process my full refund instead of sending the same automated response again. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had

Absolutely unacceptable service. My order was delivered with missing medicines, yet the company insisted that the delivery was complete instead of addressing the issue. When I contacted customer support for a refund, I was repeatedly told that the case was "under review" and asked to wait 24 hours, then another 48 hours. Even after following up multiple times, there was no meaningful update, no resolution, and no accountability for a service that deals with essential medicines.
