User experience is becoming worse day by day.. there was lag in app performance before when clicking on any tiles. Now it's becoming worsened, tabs aren't responding, location details don't show up, and mostly the important it auto changes the location even if selecting a particular one after ordering the medicines. App dev team pls work on these items and look out for the gaps.

Terrible UX. Janky hierarchy. You cant find what you need unless you look online. The simple options like cancelling a consultation that I didn't ask for is too complicated. I need to dig in to get that option. The navigation is all over the place and there are no prompts or buttons that actually work Every basic functionality is through the app and the app does not work. Even the customer support is unable to guide me through the app There is an information overload with no segmentation here

Good service, prompt delivery without any delay, and most importantly, the quickest in India. Quick, responsive Customer Service. Everything is always resolved, without any hassels, and once again, quickly. But discounting is not the best, as local shops nowadays mostly offer 20%–25% with free home delivery. Packing needs to be improved a bit, and Printing of Invoice should be more clear.
