What a scam app. whenever I add or remove anything from the cart the price of the existing products price changes individually, forget about the extra fees. I ordered some meds and delivery time was @3 but the delivery person came within half an hour & the app was still saying it hasn't been packed yet. I missed 1 call and didn't get any other updates and now they cancelled it and refunded less amount and I can't even get in touch with neither them nor chatbot. for reorder costs even more.

They have all the money in the world but they cannot design an app which works and an efficient delivery network. The order tracking never reflects the actual situation. Their delivery is always delayed. Their customer support has no idea regarding the actual situation. If you raise a ticket they say they will get back in 24-48 hours. This when the delivery is due in 3 hours. Worst experience. This is happening in a metro city like Chennai. Cannot imagine what is the situation in other cities.

You people are running a complete fraud. This has happened multiple times, in two different cities, where the delivered quantity is less than what I actually paid for. Your invoices show one quantity, but the actual order contains something else. All I can do is argue with customer care to get a refund for the missing items, while the extra charges I paid are never returned, making the entire purchase unnecessarily expensive. I’m done with this platform. I will never order from you again.
