Had the worst experience while waiting for a product for a patiend. There is no COD. So, had to pay in the app. The promided time keep fluctuating from 6 min to 11 minututes for a rediculous amount of time. And, guess what, I can not cancel my order to get refund,can not go and pick as I did and the store denied which is understandable. For the same store where pick is supposed to happen, i visisted twice. There is no rider there and a fake message is showing in app

"I am editing my review after using this app for years because it has turned into an absolute nightmare. When it comes to critical medicines, they have zero sense of urgency—an emergency could pass, and they still wouldn't care. No matter how many times you follow up, customer support is useless. Instead of delivering the medicine, their only 'solution' is to ask you to cancel and reorder. I have full proof of my order and delivery timelines to back this up. Please do not risk your health, waste
