Welcome to the next generation of the Apollo experience.

We wanted to make your ride even better, so we took everything we learned and rebuilt the Apollo app from scratch. It is a fresh start designed to be faster to use and more streamlined, so you can spend less time looking at your phone and more time on the road.

Everything you need, in fewer taps. We focused on making every flow feel natural and easy. You can connect via Bluetooth and tweak your acceleration or braking exactly how you like it. With the new Profiles feature, you can jump between your favorite scooter settings in a second. Managing your scooter is simple too. You can register your ride, update firmware, or flag your scooter as stolen if you ever need to, all in one spot.

Your command center. Your phone is now the ultimate dashboard. Keep an eye on your live speed, battery life, and motor temperature while you are on the move. We have Google Maps integrated right in, so you can navigate without switching apps. You can also pause your rides when you stop for a break and attach photos to your trips to keep a gallery of your adventures.

Get rewarded for riding. Who does not love a little friendly competition? Track your stats to earn AMPs, XP, and Badges just for cruising. See where you stand on the global leaderboard and customize your profile with a photo and bio so the community knows who is who.

We have your back. The app is also your go-to tool for keeping your scooter in top shape. Get quick tips on riding and maintenance, or reach out for help whenever you need it. You can access live chat, submit a ticket, or find a nearby service location in just a few taps.

Ratings and reviews

Latest update ruined the UI. Navigation doesn't consistently give audio updates. It failed to record a 4+ mi ride and there was no indication that it was or was not recording. Edit: Thanks for the dev response. Edit: Navigation pauses when my phone is locked. Ride summary just draws a straight line from start to end. Ludo mode is now stuck at 17MpH after moving slider to 28 (displayed 48 before). For a 1200USD scooter, this is unacceptable.

I'm giving it a two for now. it's a good app. great design. My issue is the need to "forget device" and re-pair, every time I open the app, to go into scooter settings. If I minimize or close the app, it'll no longer connect to the scooter unless I go into my phone's Bluetooth settings and do that whole process every single time. it's rather annoying, especially if you're ever in a hurry.

Stay away from this company. Get a Ninebot or Xiaomi or anything else. Tried again to open app and it's stuck on Black Friday ads, no way to cancel. So restart app and start screen appears but now will not connect to scooter. Tried multiple times with no success. Scooter works but if I ever need to change any settings I'm out of luck. No way to contact this company and get a response. Horrible app and unresponsive company. Absolutely no way to contact support or even sign in to the website.
