Apo Jansen is the internal work app of Apotheek Jansen Amersfoort. The app helps employees manage their daily tasks in one place. Only accounts created by the pharmacy have access. The app is not intended for patients.

Schedule and team

View the schedule, submit your availability, and register hours worked. Everyone stays informed via the team overview, the shared calendar, news messages, and work agreements.

Baxter and logistics

Manage stock, last jars, backorders, STS halves, non-delivery lists, and conversion lists. Also view the production and progress of the Baxter machines.

Medication review

Perform medication reviews, schedule reviews per department, and manage clinical rules that trigger notifications during a review.

Secure access

You log in with your work account. For sensitive data and actions, the app may request additional confirmation using an authenticator code or biometrics. Data is transmitted via an encrypted connection and stored encrypted.

Pouch Inspector: klik op een geneesmiddel voor de uitsplitsing per machine, met de aantallen en alle redenen van afkeur.
Pouch Inspector: kijk nu ook op gisteren of op de laatste 3 dagen.
Opgelost: het hoofdgetal van de kaart Vandaag stond 's ochtends te hoog. Het rekent nu over de zakjes die een oordeel hebben.
Opgelost: een percentage verscheen ook als er te weinig zakjes onder lagen. Daar staan nu aantallen.
De app meldt voortaan zelf wanneer er een nieuwe versie klaarstaat.
