Dealing with this company is easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had a horrible time trying to contact them. Horrible!! When I eventually got them, they basically are of little to no help on the phone. Finally got one problem sorted then had to go in to get my card changed. They changed it over a month ago and the virtual card still hasn't been changed. So I have one card number on my phone & a different number on the actual card.. and they can't figure out how to fix it!

A the worst thing! Been trying to activate the card for the longest time, all now! When I did get in the app the card isn't even activated.... totally different card number in the system and I can't get through to anyone from them customer service to address it. Worst App and the customer service is no different!

Waste of time I generated code via the app and they say it not working and the card have no points. Plus the workers at Mario Endeavour looks like they ain't know what they doing with respect to magna. I will wait for the voucher. In the future I will just using my magna credit card for any more purchase. I will use my gold. Waste of Time app. Plus I had to call the get the app activated failure thing.
