This app is too useless. Very slow at everything

They are scammers, they scammed me of my giftcard, after putting in the details, they notified me that the card was redeemed successfully yet they didn't credit me

This site/app used to be one of the best. But since this year and its update it has turned from top to bottom. They advertise a different rate on their board, but when you submit your card, u get redeemed a different and negative rate. So provoking
