Aurum is a mobile app developed to support producers and enthusiasts of artisanal winemaking. Its goal is to facilitate the calculation of the fundamental parameters that determine wine quality, such as Brix degrees, total acidity, sugar, water, acid, and yeast to be added, according to the initial conditions of each blend.

The app uses precise oenological formulas to perform calculations automatically, displaying clear and organized results in real time. This allows users to adjust their preparations and achieve an ideal balance between sweetness, acidity, and final volume, thus optimizing the fermentation process.

Aurum works completely offline and does not collect user information or request special permissions, guaranteeing complete privacy.

Additionally, it includes direct access to the brand's official channel, where tutorials, guides, and educational information on the titration, fermentation, and parameter control processes are offered. This way, users can complement their knowledge and enhance their winemaking experience.
