I have been using this app every 2 weeks for 2 years to have groceries delivered with zero problems. Now, for two days, I cannot complete my order. Before hitting the PAY button you must enter the date and time that you want your groceries delivered. This section is not working and therefore the items remain in my cart and I cannot move further to the final step to PAY. I have tried calling Customer Service; however, they have no employees that speak English.

You have to have a local number. Or even though they are right in front of where you are staying, they won't deliver the things you bought. Today my cart emptied itself and I bought 3 bags and 3000 delivery Last week, I got the order that we never got the day we really needed it delivered by surprise with another order I placed for the same items the following day. Probably better to just go in to the store if you're up for it.

Try updating to the latest version. I think your problem will be fixed :)

Very confusing app. 2 days later and you still don't have my order. Started as express and want change to domicilio. Called foie help and was told to click the location button! I changed the option and added many more items. Went to check out pushed to check my debit card for sufficient money. Then thought I processed order for today in the afternoon. You don't have my order. I give up. I can't drive as I have a new hip. Very frustrating. Thanks for your help. Lynn Cannella
