Ordered two tags 6+ months ago and have never been able to complete the set up process on the app. Something went wrong during the initial set up and when I try to go back thru & start over/attempt to fix it, I get a pop up that says "loading" with a running circle and it stays that way. I have tried reaching out to the company 4 times but they never respond. No number to call, email only support. All I want is to be able to use what I paid for and was promised. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED!

Stay away from this company! After waiting a month for my tag and asking for a refund, they ignored my request and shipped a new one. I thought I'd still try it out, only to download the app and get popup after popup for upgrading the account. Features that are led to be believed as free on their website are actually Features you only get by upgrading to a paid account. I inquired about a refund for the second time stating that I was bot satisfied and they told me no since it was personalized.

Deserves zero stars. I ourchased the ID badge when it was called BarkBadge. I tried logging into my account and I get errors saying "Please login using My email". Google login doesn't work. I've reset my Password, doesn't fix it. Customer service said their IT team would fix it over a month ago and noe they just aren't responding to my emails. I wish I could refund the product considering they don't care once they have your money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
