BetterPlace Money (Betterplace Safety Solutions Private Limited) is a financial services platform which aims to help improve the financial health of frontline workers in India. BetterPlace Money acts as a bridge between the frontline workers and the big Banks/NBFCs by providing a simple and clear process for access to loans for the next billion population of India. The NBFC which is currently available on our platform is NDX P2P Private Limited (Liquiloans).

A user can avail instant cash personal loans of up to Rs 25,000 at a 1%-3% interest rate with no other hidden charges. We charge a small processing fee of Rs 200/- to Rs 600/-, exclusive of GST.

Monthly Payment: Rs 3483.33/-
Total payment in 3 months: Rs 10,450/-
Overall Cost: Rs 750/- (includes Rs 450/- as interest and Rs 300/- as processing fee)
APR: (750/10000)*(365/90) = 30.4%

hi this is an one of the worst application I have seen till now in this platform you may never get the money only you get technical issue from the customer care support were as till now my all loan process has been finished and it's under loan disbursal almost 3 weeks over I just complaint to customer support and plenty of time I have sent a mail regarding this the main thing they never share there customer care number too they just say our team working very hard on this but they never

I entered my number in the application, but it’s been showing an “unexpected error” for the past 5–6 days. I don’t know what’s going on. Aren’t the engineers working to fix this issue? 😅 Will it be resolved or not? If this continues for another 2–3 days, I’ll have no choice but to uninstall the app—there’s no point keeping it on my phone unnecessarily.

I have accepted the terms and conditions 45 days ago but the loan amount has not yet been transferred to my account. I am not getting any help on chat support either and there is no help line number It is a fraud app Calls were coming until the terms and conditions were accepted. Froad froad
