This app is very frustrating to use to say the least. I couldn't add food from different stores to my cart and had to checkout food for every store one at a time. That's ridiculous! Even more frustrating was the app asking for a promo code for any order I was trying to make which the app mentions is optional. You can't order without an optional promo code! That doesn't even make sense! Even more frustrating was looking for the cart. I mean really! I can't look at my cart from the home screen?!

A week ago I ordered food using this app and i got the wrong order. They gave me an option either to return the order or to simply get refund for the extra amount I paid. I chose the 2nd option and they said they would refund me within 2 days but they didn't. So I waited for couple more days and called them after 4 days and they didn't pick the call. Today I called them they asked me for order details and I didn't have one they said they will get back to me they they have not yet. DISAPPOINTED.

It used to be good, long ago. Now it is problems after problems. Each order have a problem. Lost delivery drivers who are unable to read a map or understand simple instructions by call, having to chase then trough the whole area because whatever they do they WILL NOT pay attention to the map. There is also wrong orders, missing items, switched items, items prepared with ingredients of inferior quality compared to the usual from same restaurant, 2h late delivery. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS TO READ A MAP!
