spent a lot of time choosing carefully all my items, when I finished and wanted to pay, I went to my cart, which showed all my items, I went to payment then it said your cart is empty!! all the time and effort spent was gone!! it's not the first time it happens!!!

I ordered some items and wrong items were delivered...also i was charged extra. I have called Customer service 6 times..holding for half hour and have still not got my money back nor things exchanged. Lousy service. They promise to call back but dont bother. My phone bills piling up because i have to keep on calling and holding for half hour each time

Very Poor App There is no Home Delivery at my Location If you put Collect from Store - They put Limit For Minimum 90 Riyal ( Which you have to do from very Limited Option) Look at Carrefour - Where Home Delivery is free for as low as 30 Riyal and Lots of Products available on App to buy.. Please increase the Limit of Quantities to atleast 2 or 3.. Lot of Improvement needed in App(Atleast use Carrefour App to gain Experience)
