It lags all the time which makes my online shopping experience very unbearable. Not to mention the lack of products which I used to find all the time on the bindawood app. However since I'm continuously facing these two problems, I've switched to Panda app which I find easy to navigate and all most products are available online.

spent a lot of time choosing carefully all my items, when I finished and wanted to pay, I went to my cart, which showed all my items, I went to payment then it said your cart is empty!! all the time and effort spent was gone!! it's not the first time it happens!!!

I ordered some items and wrong items were delivered...also i was charged extra. I have called Customer service 6 times..holding for half hour and have still not got my money back nor things exchanged. Lousy service. They promise to call back but dont bother. My phone bills piling up because i have to keep on calling and holding for half hour each time
