Terrible Customer Support & Constant Server Crashes! This is hands down one of the worst apps in Africa. The customer support is absolutely pathetic; they take 4 to 5 days just to resolve minor, simple issues. On top of that, their servers are constantly down, frequently causing outages for both card services and withdrawals. Complete waste of time and highly unreliable. Avoid it at all costs!

I had a frustrating experience using Bitnob. I funded my wallet and virtual card to make an online payment, but the card was repeatedly rejected as "expired." Google Payments also rejected it for the same reason, despite support confirming the card was active, funded, and the details were correct. Support felt robotic, lacked empathy, and offered no real solution beyond repeating that the card was active. My refund is now in progress, and I hope it doesn't face the same delays.

I think most 5-star ratings are paid and therefore not genuine. This has to be the worst wallet to ever exist! How can one seamlessly deposit money then unable to withdraw or even buy airtime, because 'something went wrong'. Why is the error only there when one wants to use their money and not when depositing? Support is always saying that they're working 'tirelessly' to resolve the issue. For 6+ months? ha yeah right.
