limited access, no account required Create and manage rental listings (for property owners or individuals offering

deletion with immediate data removal Bliv does not own, manage, inspect, or verify any properties listed on the
platform. Bliv does not act as a broker, agent, or property manager, and does not participate in lease agreements or
financial transactions. All communications, agreements, and payments occur directly between users outside the
platform. Bliv is free to use and does not process rent payments, deposits, or fees. The app is intended as a
