Street Care is an app provided by Bright Mind Enrichment, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We provide information to help community members like you to better approach homeless people with appropriate resources, tools, and support.

There are three main functions provided in this version release.

1. “Start Now,” with breakdown steps to prepare you well before you directly make contact with homeless people.

2. “What to Bring,” with detailed instructions on highly useful items for homeless people.

3. “How-to Videos,” with 60-second videos about: getting started, safety, health and wellness tips you can share with homeless people, and more.

Ratings and reviews

It is very easy to navigate through the app. The app works quite smoothly and has lot of informative videos like setting up an outreach program for the needful. Overall the app is great but it can be upgraded by providing options to the general public to participate in some kind of outreach drives conducted by BME or if a group of volunteers want help of BME to conduct an outreach drive with them. This could bring more motivated individuals under the umbrella of BME and its initiatives.

Street Care app has been a game-changer for me and my neighborhood. It's incredibly user-friendly and empowers the community to report and address issues that matter to us. The real-time reporting feature is fantastic, allowing us to quickly notify authorities about potholes, broken streetlights, or other concerns. The notifications keep us informed about the progress of our reports, fostering a sense of transparency and accountability.
