Ratings and reviews

Th app will not allow me to link my forex card to my account and reload it. After multiple requests over a week they had deleted my old card association, but along with that they wiped off and deleted all my previous records and transactions. Phone representatives are totally useless other than saying drop an email about issue. Not even capable of understanding issue fully. Email responses try something and say issue is resolved. Horrible service!!!

Do not take this Forex card. Useless. Have been trying to add money for last 3 days and it just keeps saying experiencing issues with SBI and Axis banks. If there are issues that you are aware of why is no one working on fixing those. Why does the customer have to pay for it. Recommendation: Go for regular credit cards and enable international transactions on those. Much more reliable and extremely better customer service compared to book my forex

Beware of catch! While they do a fantastic job in delivering your first request of Forex at very competetive exchange rate (mostly same day delivery), they will charge you a ball for subsequent top-ups especially when you are on your trip. They would also keep you waiting for forex transfer in times of dire need - so don't rely on the agility to load forex whenever you need it. Update: Already contacted via helpline and email id mentioned in below response but it was of no use.
