The App is excellent on UI and all! Although It'd be Great to have a quick feedback via Acknowledgement text, Contract Email and Figures on App I have noticed there's a huge delay regarding the funds invested via Mpesa, Emails and Ack Texts are sent Eventually, but it gives a bad user Experience! I almost miss a beat when I do a transaction!

Update didn't fix anything! Still completely unusable. I just updated the Britam app hoping for the bug fixes they promised, but it's completely useless. All I get is the same generic, unhelpful error message: "Oops! Something Went Wrong. We've encountered a technical issue. Please try again later." This has been happening for days/weeks. How can a major financial services company have a mobile app that consistently fails to load the basic "Home" screen? I can't check my products.

The password reset flow needs improvement. The rate limiting appears too strict, as “rate limit exceeded” shows after only one or two attempts, preventing legitimate OTP requests. Additionally, OTPs expire very quickly, often before the email can be opened. Please review retry thresholds and extend OTP validity to improve reliability and user experience.
