The app is no where close to modern fintech apps. It is hard to initiate withdrawals, constant bugs (despite updates), sometimes an annoying message pops up 'token expired'. Then you get a call to visit a branch - in the 21st century?

C'mon britam, you can do better than this, for a company of your status. Invest in quality. I only use the app to check if my payments have been received. New app introduced and now I can't even sign up or log in. Back and forth with support but no one solves the issue.

This application can make a quadriplegic walk,pick up the phone just to give a one star. The worst user interface. Everything requires you to visit Britam branch to be updated and they may end up not doing so
