About this app

Canopy Counter is a simple, offline manager for tent houses and event-supply
businesses. Track every rental order — tents, chairs, tables, lights, sound
and crockery — from the moment items go out to the moment they come back. No
account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required. Everything is saved
privately on your own device.

Create an order for each event with the customer, event type, date and venue,
then list the items going out with their quantity and rate. Canopy Counter
adds up the order total, subtracts any advance, and shows you the balance at a
glance.

The Items Out board keeps a running tally of everything currently on rent,
grouped by category, so you always know what is still in a customer's hands.
When goods come back, record returns unit by unit or mark a whole order
returned in a single tap — partly returned orders are tracked precisely so
nothing goes missing.

The Reports screen turns your records into clear numbers: total rental value,
how much you have collected versus what is still owed, units rented and
returned, revenue by month, and revenue by category.
