The app has payfast as a service provider be warned when purchasing anything as twice I have lost the data purchased as it was simply not loaded, my bank gets debited yet cellc and payfast have done nothing to resolve, cellc simply sends auotmated emails and sms no calls as they claim to resolve payfast simply tells tou they deal with the merchant. I so regret upgrading my contract thankfully I get to cancel the second contract in April.

I had 2 Cell C contracts and used the data one to sign into the app. I cancelled the Data number in March 2024. If I want to register the first number, the app says it is al ready in the system. When I try to sign in with the old number it says "You are not on the latest version", but there is no newer versions.

Useless app. Cell C tries to sell a whole bunch of useless stuff you don't need, but can't get the basics right. I can't even view my tariff plan on this app, let alone change it. Logging in is another annoyance. Sometimes the app takes you in, other times it scrolls and scrolls and just kicks you out.
