I am facing an error of no Internet connection and have to uninstall and install the app again. Even restarting the app or the phone doesn't help

it's a good application, although i'm facing a problem; everytime i open the app it states that i don't have internet connection so i have to re-install it again to work! please advice if there is any solution. thanks
