Enjoying it. Works well. Free trial. I like that I imported my spotify music lists of over 28,000 songs for free. Amazon music app uses a 3rd party app to tranfer music that wanted $5 because I had over 500 songs. Song recommendations come from other users. Good customer service but no FAQ page. One big issue I had that they have not addressed is downloading music, can't see my downloads or what's been downloaded. Need this to play offline so went back to Spotify, hope they fix it someday.

You can only play music on your phone. You can't listen to music on your computer. This seems like a huge shortcoming of the service. The search function is also very unreliable. I have searched for artists I know are on the app, types the name exactly, and it does not show up in the results.

Edit: bumping up to 4 stars. App and content library have improved in last few weeks. Still some niggles but noticeably better. Reactivating my subscription. Right now i think this is the best streaming service alternative to the big guys. Hope artists are benefiting as well.
