Ratings and reviews

Love having an alternate to Spotify, but this one has a lot of bugs. I try to loop a single song, then the next day when I go to listen to a whole playlist, it loops the first song again even though there's no repeat option even selected. Search function will bring up covers over the actual song I'm looking for. Takes a lot of data too, so be sure to download songs by wifi before you go anywhere.

This app contains no reliable contact information for support. It has a prompt for managing account and cancellation, but it leads to a blank page. I need someone from your company to contact me, because I no longer wish to or intend to renew. This is VERY Serious. You need to UPDATE this app, I will keep complaining until something is done. I'm not paying for an app that barely even works!

I update to 5 stars. support is top notch! I love having an alternative to the big music streamers. There were a couple of minor glitches that have been resolved. When I have had to contact support in the past their response was immediate and the issue resolved quickly. I don't think I would have the same experience with the big dogs. PS I love the support for artists and the block AI feature.
