WHO IT’S FOR
Authorized employees and managers of companies that use Compac ServeNow. Accounts are created by your organization administrator. Sign in with your company server, database, and credentials.

ATTENDANCE & CHECK-IN
• GPS-based check-in and check-out
• Biometric confirmation (fingerprint / face unlock) when required
• Work from office or work from home (when enabled by your company)
• Attendance history and reports
• Attendance correction requests
• Team attendance and live employee locations (for authorized managers)

FIELD SERVICE TASKS
• Receive assigned jobs with push notifications
• Accept or reject tasks
• Start travel, arrive on site, pause / resume work
• Request assistance when needed
• Complete jobs with photos and notes
• Submit and download service reports

HELP DESK
• Create support tickets
• Track your requests and comments
• Managers can handle assigned tickets

LEAVE, TIMESHEET & PAY
• Apply for leave and view time-off
• Managers can approve leave (when authorized)
• Enter and review timesheets
• Download payslips
• View public holidays

NOTIFICATIONS & PROFILE

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. Open Compac ServeNow
2. Enter your company server URL and select the database
3. Sign in with the username and password from your admin
4. Allow Location and Notifications for attendance and field tasks

Your data is loaded from your organization’s backend after sign-in. Features available to you depend on your company configuration and role.
