Have been waiting almost 2 wks for my jewelry that I ordered back in November has been sitting at the post office since December 8th saying still awaiting item on their part, last time I checked standard shipping doesn't take that long, no help from there end. I rather have my money back but they can't do that until I supposedly get the item and then have to repay for shipping to send it back and only get half what I paid for, this site is a ripe off and crooked DO NOT USE OR ORDER ANYTHING!!!

I love the jewelry. I can't connect to the app, it's telling me the link is invalid when I try to get on. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and it's telling me the same thing. Why?
