Overall, good. Selection is great, customer service is good, quality is as good anywhere else. My only plea is to add express shipping as an option - I for one don't pinch pennies and would opt for the quicker shipping, especially with the competitive prices, I'd probably still save money from shopping elsewhere - but I got one size that fit, one that didn't (my error) for lip piercings. Now I need to wait 15-20 days post processing to receive my larger size! Waah 😩

Best place to get good quality, yet cheap body jewelry. I've been buying all my jewelry from CF for years and have never had any issues with quality or customer service. Shipping is always quick. The app can sometimes be slower to load than the website, but I love having the option to do both. I can put items in my cart on the website on my laptop and then check out through my phone later, or vice versa.

Slow and stressful to use. Due to it being slow (even for itself to register), I've been charged twice for an item that's apparently unpaid? Not a happy customer seeing as the item I've ordered is because an item I previously ordered apparently isn't available anymore (yet 3 days after that flagged up its STILL available for purchase on the app?) Sort it out, been using this company for years and this is disappointing.
