I recently traveled with Daewoo bus service, and I have to say, my experience was quite disappointing. The quality of service need too much improvements. The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing basic customer service. Their attitudes were rude and dismissive, making the journey uncomfortable. The overall condition of the bus was also subpar, with cleanliness being a major concern.

Experience is going worst day by day. App interface is not user friendly. Fraudster app. If one mistakenly buy wrong ticket customer service asks to initiate refund through app only which they have created very difficult method. In last experience bus dropped out and they informed at 11th hour and asked to initiate refund through which I did but received nothing till date. Today I tried hard to buy ticket but after receiving OTP many times not a single I was able to submit that otp in app.
