Day Welfare is a set of services and benefits designed to simplify your daily life and ensure a balance between work and private life. In HOME you can view the campaign expiration date and the available Credits, which you can use to purchase SERVICES for the Family, Health & Wellbeing, Free Time, Mobility, Healthcare and Supplementary Pension or Purchases. In MOVEMENTS you can check the progress of your requests and in VOUCHERS you can find all the details to use the services purchased.

This is the worst app so far! Why do you say something that this good for nothing app is unable to make! It's been more than an hour now trying to move the Buoni to the cloud and receiving a message that is work, going back to the main screen nothing actually moved! I'm still unable to generate a code because it says there's nothing in the cloud!! I was hoping to have a meal by the end of this day but this is just so wrong!

There are constant problems with login/password. Sometimes you need to re-sign up to enter this app, but sometimes even this method doesn't help you to enter. This app only wasting your time

UX is very confusing. Design should prioritise a glance of the detail of what you have on your card (without additional taps) and latest transactions (in or out). Moving tickets on the cloud shouldn't require a percentage (I have different kidn of tickets, what am I moving?). You should be able to pay without "moving tickets on the cloud" by doing that operation by itself in the background. This app seems designed by someone who doesn't have a clear idea of what the everyday use case is.
