I had no problem with the ordering experience. But the delivery person took 45 mins after the picked up status. These people should have a feature to show the estimated delivery. If you have multiple orders at the same restaurant from different customers, have an option to show assign all the orders to the same delivery partner and pick it up at the same time.

They delivered a order 1.5 hours later. I called the customer support no one answered even after 7-8 times. When I refused the order due to delay,delivery boy spoke very very arrogantly. Order was placed on May 21 yet to receive refund for cancel order.(may 27) Better go hungry than order on this app!!

Got a problem with my delivery with overprice and an item missing...gave a 1 star review in play store.The same day they called me personally and refunded the amount from their customer care and delivered the missing item. Fast response for 1 star reviews. Good service.Need to improve the app a lot.
