In your personal Delloop Dashboard, you can view all your current and previous orders, from every retailer which means you can see the progress of your current orders, as well as view all your shopping history. Now you can track your spending and easily remember where you bought each item. Think of it as your Digital Shoebox when it comes to tax time!
For those products that have a warranty, you can see them in your own Dashboard. A graph clearly shows which are in warranty, those that are close to expiring and any that have already expired.
If you have a problem or a query, you can directly message the store or their support team, at any time. In the Delloop mobile and web apps, you simply write a short message, attach a photo if you wish, and press Send.
The Retailer knows who you are and what you bought so you don’t need to waste time identifying yourself or your order.
